Spring_Break_Fishing_in_Orange_Beach_Alabama
Today was absolutely wonderful. Spring Break is just around the corner and the Bull Redfish are still here. The recent cold weather has pushed the Bullreds further offshore for over a month. The cold water has made the bait fish that were next to the Gulf Shores and Orange Beach area move away. The past couple of days we have had sunshine and 65 degrees and the water warmed up just enough to bring the Redfish in closer to shore. We ended up catching two fish, with the largest one being over 25 pounds. They were scattered about and did not get any consistent bites. When we found one, he was hungry. The fishing forecast for February should be better. March first is when we really crank it up and start producting quality fish.
